We are committed to the quality of our products and offer a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. If you suspect a manufacturing defect in your product, please return it to us for evaluation. Upon confirmation of a manufacturing flaw, we will either repair or replace the item at our discretion. If the specific item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a similar item or provide a refund equal to the original purchase price.

If the damage is found not to be due to a manufacturing defect, we will inform you and discuss repair options, including availability and cost.

Please note that minor imperfections and variations in craftsmanship or natural elements, such as inclusions in colored gemstones, are inherent to each unique piece and are not considered defects.

Warranty Terms and Limitations

This 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser from Aventeo.

Any maintenance, repair, resizing, or other services performed by any entity other than Aventeo will invalidate this warranty.

Fine jewelry is not immune to everyday wear, activities, or accidents. Our warranty does not cover damage from everyday use, jewelry loss, stone loss, theft, or any damage caused by lack of proper care.

Common jewelry issues not covered under this warranty include:

• Color changes due to contact with chemicals or cosmetics, or submersion in swimming pools, hot tubs, or baths.

• The normal wear of prongs and precious metals, which may need refurbishing or reinforcement over time.

• Prongs that become bent, caught, or worn, resulting in a stone falling out or being lost due to normal wear or other types of damage.

• Stones that are lost or fall out due to chipping or breaking caused by everyday wear or other forms of damage.

International orders are covered under the lifetime manufacturer warranty but customers are responsible for shipping costs. Aventeo is not responsible for lost items if shipped on your own, so please make sure to purchase shipping insurance coverage.

Repair Policy

We hope your Aventeo piece lasts through all of life’s moments. However, if your item requires a repair that is not covered by the warranty within the first 30 days of purchase, we will offer this service free of charge. Please contact us at service@aventeo.co for assistance.

For repairs needed after 30 days, there will be additional fees for services, including shipping and repair costs (e.g., replacing a lost diamond or remaking a piece). We will provide a detailed estimate before proceeding with any repair.

IMPORTANT: The repair process for your Aventeo jewelry can take between 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the repair. Please be aware that during periods of high demand, there may be delays and extended production times. Please note, the repair warranty is void for items that are international orders, lost, altered, or repaired outside of Aventeo.
